Michelle Padilla is the Founder and CEO of Big Tomato Marketing, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to helping small businesses and nonprofit organizations grow through strategic marketing and leadership. She currently serves as the Interim Market President for C-Suite for Christ Charlotte, where she is passionate about connecting and equipping Christian business leaders.

Michelle’s journey into ministry began long before her career in marketing. She served for six years with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center, ministering on the streets of Charlotte as a Street Minister, Adopt-a-Block Team Leader, and for one year as the Children’s Ministry Director. She is ordained through Christians for Messiah Ministry in Outreach Ministry and Intercessory Prayer, reflecting her lifelong commitment to sharing the Gospel beyond the walls of the church.
